That is correct.

My daughter plays with her and 2 other VT commits. Her team has 17 committed D1 players most of which committed prior to their 9th and 10th grade years. One who committed as an 8th grader to JMU recently de-commited and committed to Clemson. The new rules will be very helpful. It is challenging as a parent to have your kid dealing with recruiting as a middle schooler.
